You may return any unused items unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Our 14 day return policy does not apply to gift vouchers and customised goods ordered to your specifications (special orders). Refunds will only be issued against the credit card used to place your order. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
