You may return any unused items unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund excluding delivery and collection. Our 14 day return policy does not apply to pre-orders and items bought for your business. A 20% charge applies to restocking business items. Refunds will only be issued against the credit card used to place your order. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
